My concerns:
1. Many programs do not do enough to support renters in accessing energy efficiency measures, especially when participation of the property owner is required.
2. Will dedicated efforts be made to reach out to ethnic minorities and populations that do not have high literacy rates in English?
3. Our electricity system must shift toward greater load shifting and peak demand management. We need better supports for this, including financial incentives for load share devices, circuit pausers, home batteries plus other supports for avoiding an electrical pane upgrade when electrifying appliances.
4. Many homeowners need tools to help them assess which electricity rate schedule best fits their needs and habits.
