I am writing because I cannot imagine standing by while my government ruins the future of my children by thoroughly ignoring all credible advice and warnings about climate change. Bill 4 is a backwards jump that puts the profit of large polluting corporations ahead of moving forward with a green economy, and it ignores common sense and previous commitments.

Please do not go ahead with this bill, and instead create a well-thought-out, forward-thinking plan that addresses the urgency of the climate crisis, focuses on building a green economy, includes pollution reduction targets & pricing, and supports and encourages moving towards a sustainability in all facets of our way of life as Ontarians.
