In regards to your bait management for Ontario I agree with many of the bait management regulations My concerns are with the Englehart River Robillard Long Lake chain from the town of Charlton in the east Englehart River to Mc calls bay From there into Robillard and continuing into Long Lake (Fine Sand Provincial Park) The use of live bait from Charlton to Mc Calls bay only and not in Robillard and Long Lake will not only be confusing but will be ineffective in one continuing body were a boundry line could only be a guess at best. The volume of people fishing in these waters could only be described as light at best. In other areas of Ontario with heavy fishing traffic most regulations are required. In the Fine Sand Park with light fishing pressure and most live bait used in these water caught locally the banning of live bait is not required and would not make a difference.
