Climate change is much too urgent to back away from concrete and effective measures. The current government of Ontario is not offering any alternative to what they want to repeal. This is very wrong.

This problem has been exacerbated by sectors of the oil industry spending over $100 million to DENY the science that they, themselves, commissioned and accepted. Another problem is that many of the voices against the reality of our rapidly warming planet are old. This is not an ageist slur. It means that older people simply won't be around to see the horrible effect that warming has on...well, everything. They don't care because they, personally, don't need to care. Combine this with the popular "let's stick to those darn lefties" thoughtless mentality and you have a very dangerous brew. It makes the proponents feel good NOW while dooming their grandchildren to the real possibility of trying to survive in a science-fiction hell-scape.

By not supporting green research and development we are also handicapping our businesses of the future. Bill 4 is a bad idea!
