It is okay to restrict bait movement to the fisheries management zone but this will cause problems for commercial bait harvesters and outfitters who use or reside near the boundaries and use more than one zone. It is important to allow anglers to harvest their own bait. It is not practical to restrict bait fish harvest to the same lake. Sticklebacks should remain a permitted bait species. They are the most common bait fish to catch and i prefer to use them as they catch as many fish as others. I find it ridiculous that the reason for their removal is that they resemble a round goby and insulting that you imply anglers cannot tell the difference.
