We need every means possible…

We need every means possible to price carbon and reduce fossil fuel emissions at a rate of 5% per year for the next 20 years, at a minimum. Cap and Trade is one method that has some efficacy, and a tax on carbon at the source is even better. But both are needed. Denying or ignoring the reality of the climate catastrophe that is unfolding is not responsible. So far, it is apparent that the Ontario Government is doing one or the other or both.
