Please ensure that all environmental confederations are considered with such a high interest waterbody situated close by, the proposed protective measure will not suffice to prevent run off in extreme weather events. An enclosed facility would be the most effective solution to protect the sensitive environment. I strongly appose the current plan for the biosolids storage facility.
