Re Registry No 012-9791 & Comment ID 209918.

Please note that I forgot to mention that at least 3 Anglers among the 40 surveyed in my previous submission were of the oipnion that many anglers won't self regulate, as proposed in some of the previous comments and therefore they believe the answer at this ime is to ban the use of live and dead bait entirely and trust nature and reduced catch limits to restore the fisheries to a sustainable level. Please add tis comment to my previuos submission, for your consideration.
