Hello, thank you for asking for input. I agree with the moratorium. In addition, I think it would be prudent to review current contracts with a view to early sunset of those contracts so that they can be included in any new water restrictions - this is assuming that you will conclude that additional water restrictions are required. We need innovative thinking for future water delivery systems with a major focus on sustainability.
