I am writing in opposition the proposal to create an interim combined sewer at Ontario Place. This is obviously a terrible idea and is only being rushed to accommodate private interests. It will pollute our public beaches and our lake. This is costly and reckless and will serve to destroy the waterfront for local people and tourists alike. No one wants to use a beach with raw sewage pumped into it. Cancel these plans now and maintain a clean and natural space for all of us to enjoy.
