This proposed site is a former Bomb Disposal and Gun Range site !!!
If anyone would read the 934 pages York1 submitted for this proposal, they would clearly see this site had to have been closed down years prior as a landfill to be used by Chatham Kent Police and OPP as a bomb disposal and gun range.

Why is this proposal site considered a Landfill /Dump when in York1s own paper work it shows this site, up until 2021 was used as Chatham Kent Gun Range and Bomb Disposal site??

Since this was used as a bomb disposal / gun range site used for Chatham Kent police until 2021 this property should NEVER have been sold to be used as a landfill site.

IF this site was converted to a bomb disposal site 10 years ago, that would prove this site has undergone a closure and should never be used as a landfill

Why was this site allowed to be sold to be used a a NEW Landfill?

Where is the RCMP inspection report ? That is lacking in York1s proposal.
What are they hiding??

Under D4 Land use for a landfill dump, this site should NEVER be used as a landfill because this site along with the new properties York1 / Whitestone fields purchased is 500 METERS from this town!!

How can any politician without scientific background think this is OK without scientific evidence?

YOU NEED Scientific evidence to PROVE this is NOT the right place to put this!!

Do NOT revoke the already approved Environmental Assessment we had promised we would get by Premier Doug Ford!

The huge amount of gas aquifers underneath this proposed property as well under Dresden will case such destruction if anything goes wrong and if there is a landfill fire.

If you read York 1s own paperwork you will see they provided all the gas pockets in Dresden and under their proposed site.

This proposal should never be approved because it will destroy this entire region.

This government MUST read all the documents in York1s proposal !!
It will prove without an Environmental Assessment this is the wrong location.

The former owner of this proposed property has been all over the news stating he has already removed ALL the clay from that land.. without Clay, York 1 can not proceed with a landfill !!!

Please read all the information York 1 has given this government !!
