To Whom It May Concern:

I’d like to address Section 4.4 Electrical Collector or Distribution Lines. The trenching that was done along Crowes Road created large rocks as this had it be cut into the bedrock. Whether the lines are removed or remain in place this portion of the road allowance needs to be regraded and reseeded.

Also, a double metal culvert was removed and damaged during trenching at the driveway of 690 Crowes Road. A single plastic culvert was put in its place and it was not properly graded to facilitate storm water flow. This should be replaced with proper metal culverts and graded.
