No, no and no again! This takes away community input, skirts environmental safeguards like EA assessments and literally forces projects upon people! Look at what is happening in Dresden Ontario, the town doesn't want the landfill, has multiple valid concerns and was promised a full EA...But now because of this it could be forced upon everyone's homes (its less than 1km from the town)-! Issues with Trump's Tariffs shouldn't trump the actual safety, health and responsibility to people living in the targeted area!
