To whom it may concern,
I think the the proposed changes to repeal the ESA and enact the new SCA, 2025 (SCA) are short-sighted and irresponsible.
I do no agree with the directions set out on the latest act "protecting Ontario by unleashing our economy". I think that we should not have to jeopardize appropriate protections for habitats and indigenous land rights to see responsible development move forward.
Please do not make the proposed changes to repeal the ESA.
