This is a greatly concerning proposition. As Canadians we have the duty to protect and care for all in Canada, including the animals that reside here. Furthermore, especially the ones that are already endangered or require additional support or protections to fight against extinction. This needs to be reconsidered and protections must remain in place for our species that need it most.
