I absolutely disagree with this proposal. Especially ideas like applicants can begin activities as soon as they have registered and before permits are issued. We as a province should be working harder to protect our natural environment and I am in favour of keeping all existing protections in place. We should be investigating ways to make existing built environments denser and not sprawl into undeveloped areas.
