The language "other infrastructure or such other priorities as may be prescribed." included in the proposal is far too overpowered owing to being far too wide open to interpretation allowing essentially any reason the government (via the Lt.Gov.) may desire, and no government at all should have such wide latitude of power to ignore statue. The above quoted language should be removed from the proposal. If such language cannot be removed owing to procedural rules, then the proposal should be removed in toto.
