Bill 5 shouldn't even be a consideration. It puts far too much at risk. There are ways to do things more efficiently than the current process without leaving so much room for greed, recklessness and irreversible error. It's astonishing that this bill is even being pitched. Please give more thought and care to our environment! DO BETTER. Our future depends on it!
