This proposed bill is absolutely unacceptable at a time of global climate crisis, and in a country that is supposed to be actively acting towards reconciliation with our Indigenous peoples. We need to keep environmental protections in place, NOT focus on unfettered economic growth without guaranteed benefits to society at large.
