The removal of requirement of an environmental assessment on York 1s proposed waste disposal site outside of Dresden puts our environment at major risk. York one has purchased an adjacent firm which it would also turn into waste disposal land. This will put Molly‘s Creek right in the middle of the waste disposal site subjecting our waterways to unknown and harmful pollutants. Environmental assessments are required to protect people land and animals. The government is supposed to keep us safe and to protect our communities. Removing this assessment would allow your one to dump big city garbage in our small quiet town disrupting a peaceful ecosystem. Our community is centred around farming And our beautiful countryside. We cannot risk this. I oppose this proposal.
