Alongside many members of the public and organizations, I am opposed to these changes. There are no procedural requirements or transparency requirements, which demonstrates concerning implications for how these powers will be permitted to be used. The definition of a "habitat," as redefined here, is overly limited, and does not accurately reflect what a species needs to survive. Harassment of endangered species needs to continue to be regulated.
