I cannot express how strongly I condemn the proposed slaughter of double-crested cormorant. My reasons are: too long hunting season, disturbance of other nesting birds, inhumane deaths of nestlings when adults are killed, no need as game fish very small part of their diet, killing just for the fun of it, there will be dead birds washing up on beaches. Dispicable proposal.
