Bill 17 - we cannot lose any sustainability requirements from our development approvals. We can't fail our future generations in what is right, responsible, and best for the environment and city in the short and long term.
Toronto Green Standard (TGS) should remain part of the municipal development approval process.
Development approvals must remain for cities to approve. Forward thinking citizens know what's best for their city and community long term.
