We would like to express our strongest opposition to The Proposal.
We have bought a unit in the senior residence block at the same site that is currently under construction by Mon Sheong Foundation at 36Apple Creek.
We are deeply concerned with the proposal without informing us the buyer/owner of Mon Sheong Court.
There will be a great impact to the traffic flow, living density parameters in that area， safety of seniors in that congested area, fairness to the buyers with the information provided. We were told there would be only 1long term care building which is the building one when we purchased our unit.
We understand long term care is in need. However, as citizens and buyers, we do hope the government can protect and be fair to us.
