After careful study, we found that Mon Sheong has substantially increase the density in their Phase 2 which is a lot, more than 2 times than their Master Plan when they submitted to the city of Markham when they got the approval for their Phase 1.
We bought a unit in Phase 1, based on their Master Plan submitted to the City of Markham that their Phase 2 is for low rise building.
I found there is something sneaky as Mon Sheong does not get the approval from City of Markham for their Phase 2 but to the provincial level because Mon Sheong knows that they should not increase the density of phase 2 so substantially which forms an integral part with Phase 1 and the Master Plan. Their practice is not decent at all.
I strongly oppose to this proposal
