Piping plovers are an important species within the ecosystem of Ontario Birds. As an Ontario citizen, I’d like for the Piping plover habitat to be protected at Wasaga beach and am against the development of their home. They’re a critically endangered species due to our actions. We should be putting forth large amount of resources to protect them.
