As a local resident a few blocks from the proposed development, I am wholeheartedly in favour of moving forward with the proposal. It is past due! In our times, when housing is so hard to find, it is absolutely essential that these vacant and partially demolished dwellings are replaced with viable dwellings for those who need it. Please don't delay!
