This property should definitely be developed into affordable housing!
It’s shocking that it’s been abandoned for so many years.
We live on a bus route and there’s noise.
Many houses in this very same neighborhood hear the trains and GO trains nearby.
I think of the many condo buildings I see along the tracks as the GO trains nearby enters Union station … this property is much farther away.

Please let this land de developed.
Perhaps the parking, green space could be planned closer to the train area.
