This area could house over 400 people across income levels amidst a housing crises.There were 100 residents living there before demolition so not sure why CN is flagging a noise issue now? The area is walking distance to west harbour go station which would bring in professionals and families needing access to other cities for work. Additionally, it is an opportunity to beautify this area.
