already as it is I go to Wasaga Beach on a weekend and the beach is absolutely packed. the public uses all of that land. privatizing it so that only elites can use the beach - that is super unfair!
is public land and the public uses it. rich people shouldn't get special privileges, more than average people.
privatizing half of Wasaga Beach does nothing to help the common folk - in fact it hurts lifestyle of the people there.
