As an avid user of the provincial parks and knowing the joy that comes from that experience, mixed with the struggle to find sites becoming more of an issue every year, I'm terrified at what this change could have on our provincial parks. We should be aiming to add density to places where people can find housing and work, and not destroying the land we've already fought to protect.
I'm strongly against this proposal as it stands.
We should be developing more parks and maintaining their affordability so that everyone can enjoy nature, and secure our position in protecting our climate.
