Our provincial parks, especially Wasaga Beach as the most visited of all parks, are an important resource for the good of all. There is no need to reallocate this public land to the Town for development use. Affordable housing won’t be created through waterfront property like this, therefore this is just a greedy land grab by developers, similar to the one tried in the Greenbelt.
