Please, please, use whatever fair and just means to amend legislation to make this Jamesville area into mixed - mostly affordable housing. It is such an eyesore to see people without homes sleeping on the street while this property sits vacant. It is an embarrassment to our city and does not reflect the values that we want to uphold as a community. We want to make our city into a place where people can thrive - not just survive. This opportunity for affordable housing would be one positive step in the right direction!
