Removing this land from the park will deteriorate the economy that is currently already receiving a vast amount of tourism precisely to visit the park.
The land will end up in private hands with little to no interest in protecting it.
Developing the Coast for private benefit is a mistake environmentally and economically. Let alone visually.
The land should remain as part of the park to drive tourism, protect the environment and keep Wasaga an attractive destination.
