After the disasterous, and continuing to balloon costs of the scandalous Greenbelt deal, any deal, even at arms length to Doug Ford, needs to be approved by the auditor general's office. There is no way this current government should be trusted ever again to be involved in any 'land deal', especially after Ford's blatant disregard for environmentally protected lands, the continuing ballooning legal costs to taxpayers for trying to enrich his develop buddies and line his pockets.
