We are not in a housing…

We are not in a housing crisis. We are in an affordability crisis. It has been shown through non-partisan analysis that there is enough developable land plus many approved development projects on hold as developers wait to make it more economically feasible to move forward.

Please stop assaulting the few significant and protected natural areas - and particularly public natural areas - remaining in this province. We need these not just because they support critical biodiversity and healthy outdoor recreation but because they contribute disproportionately to giving us drinkable water, breathable air, and helping to cool us on these increasingly hot days. Nature is our greatest ally in adapting to climate change and helping to build healthy and sustainable communities. Not our greatest obstacle to building our economy as many of this governments' policies would suggest.
