I strongly oppose this proposal. It is essential that traditional natural areas and traditional recreational areas in this province be maintained and their protection should even be enhanced. Allowing private entities to become a part of this risks destruction of critical wildlife habitat, would further damage traditional indigenous land use, and would reduce public access to affordable natural and recreational areas.
