Do Not sell any part of beautiful Wasaga Beach! Such a move would be a step towards paving Paradise to put up a parking lot.
Guess what - the cottage real estate market is on a downturn so those buyers can go buying somewhere else. There's a trailer park up the road - buy that! Change the zoning later.
