Hard "no" on this. We've seen & experienced too many Developers violating public trust in keeping their word, honoring deals & even obeying laws. Until legislation catches up to put significant laws on the books (ie. Mandatory suspension of business while under investigation, significant jail time if convicted, etc.) There should be a hold on all these provincial development deals.
