Provincial parks are themselves enormous tourism draws-- there is no need to destroy more beachfront to add buildings. People are not visiting for the Marriott Hotel. They're visiting for the finest white sand in Ontario, and to see ecological marvels such as endangered species and rare ecosystems (for example: mature sand dunes). I am staunchly against this proposed project and find it very un-Canadian to want to destroy a unique Ontarian habitat to install an American hotel chain.
