Dear Doug Ford and the provincial government,
Keep your filthy, money hungry hands off Wasaga Beach.
As a youth who actually wants a future in Ontario that isn’t riddled with pollution and has a deteriorating environment,
I oppose the proposed legislative amendments to the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006, and Historical Parks Act to support the Town of Wasaga Beach’s Tourism Enhancement Proposal.
We as a province do not need more infrastructure dedicated to the rich.
It destroys culture, and excludes the rest of the population, aka the largest population.
Maybe start prioritizing the middle and lower class by investing in public education, investing in your health care system, and investing in the public’s well being and see what happens.
