Wasaga Beach has nothing to offer the to people other than one day at a run down beach. It needs attractions, hotels and restaurants to be able sustain its future going forward. Wasaga was always a destination beach. But hasn’t been that in decades due to the fact it has become a bedroom/retirement community. I am from wasaga beach. My family had businesses since the sixties. It needs serious reinvigoration. This current plan is the best way to do that. It shouldn’t be sidelined because of a bird.
