Hello. I am a 12 year old from Ontario. I absolutely love to go to Wasaga Beach. It holds many memories from my family and I. I hate how you are going to destroy my favourite beach. The new buildings are going to pollute the beach and the pollution will go through the rest of the bay. It may cause more pollution in the rest of the oceans because they are all connected. It is not like Lake Ontario. You cannot destroy the Georgian Bay. I also have a few questions. Isn't that Indigenous lands? Did you ask them first? I have Indigenous roots. It makes me sad the way the government treats First Nations peoples. I also have more questions. Why is the Minister of the Environment turning a blind eye to this? Why does the Minister always turn a blind eye to projects like this? They just seem to sit at a desk all day and do nothing. It bothers me just how much the beach is being treated. Also, some of the beautiful historic monuments in the Wasaga Beach area are falling into disrepair. Look at Nancy Island or the original mall sign. I hope you listen to me and I hope that you stop this project and get your hands off of Wasaga Beach.
