The proposal to remove land from an existing provincial park for the purposes of allowing it to be developed is completely counter to why parks were created in the first place. I am vehemently opposed to this proposal and it should be immediately stopped. If allowed, this sets a dangerous precedent for other parks in the province.
There is already more than enough land in Ontario available for development. The provincial parks should be left alone.
