This is unacceptable. Ontarians overwhelmingly want to keep our public lands public. The government should not be making decisions that have such dramatic negative impacts on our provincial identity, our environmental footprint, and on Ontarians. We all do - and should - benefit from the protection of natural public spaces, and decisions about their future should be based on the best interests of the many, not of the few politicians and corporations who stand to benefit from privatization and development.
