Canada, Ontario, and…

Canada, Ontario, and certainly Hamilton are in a housing crisis. We lack housing supply of all kinds, but most importantly, housing that is accessible and affordable to the Canadian households making below median incomes.
This is absolutely not the time to allow private, and very wealthy, corporate interests to unnecessarily delay needed housing solutions on spurious grounds and with disingenuous intent.
This development is everything good city planning is looking for - an urban infill site with excellent access to amenities in a walkable neighbourhood, literally adjacent to a major transit corridor and station, appropriate density and homes with a mix of styles, sizes, affordability and tenure.
Please do not allow this crucial and needed city infrastructure to be delayed any further.
