The need to reduce the numbers is obvious the small islands they live on in cottage country no longer have any vegetation on them and are covered with crap . Each bird eat at least one pound of fish every day and they don’t have a preference and eat tons off game fish each year. I don’t agree the season should overlap with the migratory bird season and 50 birds per day seems a bit accesive 25 would probably better
