This is a time in history…

This is a time in history that we need to strengthen our protection of the environment and all living creatures. This proposal weakens the protection by not including the whole picture and protecting the surrounding environs. Animals do not live in one small space, they travel for food, mating, migration and rely on a network of various habitats. In order to protect ourselves we must protect those that cannot speak for themselves. In addition politicians should not have any say in how we determine what is needed to be protected- only scientists ( not lobbyists, not even grass roots groups)- only scientists.
