I support bike lanes. As both a driver of a car and a bike rider to commute to work I know the importance of having road safety for everyone. I've experienced cars encroaching into my space when on a bicycle to threaten me off the road. As a driver I have witnessed this being done to others. Road safety should include users of the road to commute safely and comfortably. Wider lanes is not the solution, but roads that need to accommodate everyone. Toronto especially is supposed to be a world class city, but we fall so behind when it comes to transportation that it's embarrassing
