Leave the bike lanes. Make more of them, if you must do anything about bike lanes. Redesign traffic flow for safety rather than motorist-priority of road space. Just leave bike lanes. Get out of your speeding driver car and get your fat ass onto a bike and get to work like a real person, like a real citizen, like a damn leader.
